This is a great program, I love the way Rebecca teaches, it's so down-to-earth and easy to follow. I don't feel at all intimidated, maybe a bit overwhelmed at times with all the information but Rebecca is great at saying that there is no such thing as being behind. The community aspect is fabulous, being able to share with others both in the group and in breakout rooms.
